WHAT IS CADENCE
Cadence is a stationary cycling workout to great music where you control the intensity. You will be taken on a journey of mixed terrains such as hill climbs, mountain climbs, sprints and flat riding with in and out of the saddle variations.
Cadence is a class that focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel from the comfort of your own home.

Cadence’ is a programme/class for everyone, which includes new/beginners, busy/time constrained and the well versed/intermediate.
