Lets keep it basic to start.
Water is so simple, yet so effective. If you’re serious about losing weight, you need to make sure that you’re drinking plenty of fresh water.
As a nutrient, water is essential to the proper chemical functioning of every single cell in your body, and your metabolism is no exception. To keep it burning at full speed, drink the recommended 2 liters a day. If you are a busy person and can't always keep an eye on how much your drinking, a good visual aid is a 2 liter bottle of water. There fairly inexpensive, you can keep them with you at all times and they are a great way of seeing how much you have drunk thoghout the day. Many people will try to consume the whole 2 liters during their 8-10 working day, however to make this easier on yourself why not start from the moment you wake to the time you go to bed. If you havn't quite managed the full bottle on day one, don't beat yourself up, draw a line on the bottle as to where you got to, and day 2 just try to beat that line, you will get there..
Try taking one sip every half hour from when you wake and see what happens...
